Of IMU and etc.

First week of IMU was tedious. With a LOT of activities, and tours, talks, lectures and others. My posts from now on will be more on the superficial side, just ranging from the facilities they have to the conondrums I have to endure.

The university is,... well.... cold. It's not the kind of refreshing coolness you get when a nice breeze washes over you on a hot day. It's like that freakin Mak Minah Snow Queen COLD! I was literally shivering like mad inside the auditoriums and classes.

Coursemates are still initially shy with each other. We have about 20 of us, with 4 guys, and 15 girls, and one other... girl too. heh.
We're still at the timid phase of not being to friendly with each other, but, we're a pretty decent, nice bunch. Give it some time, for our personas to grow and become the rowdy hooligans that we really are.

Housemates, though, are a different matter. The four of us guys basically clicked when we first met. Bunch of funny guys la, and noisy for that matter.

Cafe food, sucks. They boast for exhibiting variety in their food. Variety my ass la. They have a variety all right; each variety suck worse than the other. I mean, a senduk-full of nasi goreng and a piece of chicken for RM3.50????
Thank god for the hawker food stalls outside there. Not much for comfort food eating here though.

I better lose weight damnit.

Course seems to be cool. A little anatomy, physiology, microbiology, holistics, and communication, with clinical practicals here and there. And, we're gonna be posted to several hospitals for 6 weeks or so, this October.

Yeah, I miss home, and I miss my family. And I miss you guys too. You know who you are.
